They saw a need for others relocating to the area and needing a temporary place to call home while they were able to take their time getting to know the area and finding their new home.

Jack Beckman has also worked with new home buyers as a new home sales consultant for a national builder in the Statesville, Troutman, and Sherrills Ford area. Helping clients match a new home design to their vacant land as well as locate vacant land for their new home.

His attention to detail stems from his early career serving the trade show industry. Being a time definite business, managing the details was the utmost importance and he brings that same attention to the details of his real estate clients needs from contract to close.
